If you want to use your own photograph(s) or image(s), please review the following for file specifications: All images must be “camera ready”; this defined as all materials (documents, fonts, artwork, etc.) provided by in a CD-Rom or as a PDF file with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Please embed the fonts when providing the file. All related photos or images should be provided in either a .jpeg, .gif, .tiff or as a native Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign file. If a clipping path is utilized and all fonts and spaces converted to outlines to eliminate font issues. If possible, please convert all Pantone or RGB colors to CMYK and save all files with the appropriate extensions. Be sure that LZW compression is not checked when saving an Adobe Photoshop Tiff. Fonts and images must be supplied at the time the design order is placed. If using a special effect on your font, such as the “bold”, “italicize” or “underline” feature, please do not manipulate in the measurements box. Use the actual “bold”, “italic” or “underline” variation of the font directly from the font family. Example: use Helvetica Bold, not Helvetica Regular with the “B” highlighted. E-mailed photos must include all supporting files and fonts and must have your name flagged in the subject line of the e-mail. If submitting a large file, over 5 MB, please compress with “Stuffit” or a similar compression program. Stuffit is available at www.aladdinsys.com. All colors should be process (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). If PANTONE COLORS are used, please inform. Discs cannot be returned.
